Unlikely: It is highly unlikely that the chest/back sensation you describe is from the heart - under rare conditions, an arrhythmia (with rapid heart rate) or a pulmonary embolus (blood clot to lung) can start this way. Best to talk with a doctor to ensure nothing more serious is the underlying cause.
