Depo effects: Depo provera is a progesterone only contraceptive product and is known for decreasing your sex drive and weight gain. The breast enhancement may be due to increasing estrogen production off of the depo medication depending upon how long you have been off of it. Talk to your GYN MD about this matter and see what can be done.
