Antibiotics: are the drugs of choice, based on a urine analysis and culture. Antibiotics are usually not sold over the counter. If not allergic, I would recommend Bactrim DS or Cipro ( both require Rx ) For burning pain you can use Azo, which will turn your urine orange; however, will not cure an infection.
