PearlyPenilePapules: The White patch/seed on the Penis Head are not caused by Bacteria.These are harmless and usually don't need any treatment and are not contagious.It will not interfere with sexual activities.These are called Pearly penile papules.These are small and smooth 1mmto3mm in size..These are quite common as 20% of male population.These can be treated with laser.Consult a Dermatologist to be sure.
