Does everyone with tattoos experience a burning sensation whenever they undergo mri scans? or is this reaction rare?

Rare but important: Electromagnetic physics shows us that if you place of ring of metal into a magnetic field it'll induce a current of electricity around the ring. Some tattoo colors have metallic particles within them. If the tattoo shape makes a complete ring, and is of one of these colors, a current can be induced and will heat up, thus the described burning sensation.
