Lump, ear: Probably patulous eustachian tube. Probable TMJ. Stay on soft foods/liquids for several days. No howling. No gun chewing. Take ibuprofen. Apply hot moist compresses. Several possibilities regarding lump. Could be lymph node. Parotid gland mass, submandibular mass, or something else depending on location. best to see ENT.
