A member asked:

Is it possible to have brain cancer, ovarian cancer and multiple sclerosis all at the same time?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Theoretically yes, but would suspect that the most logical sequence would involve ovarian cancer spreading into brain and/or spinal cord and causing neurological symptoms, especially cerebellar ataxia. But then, this would seem like ms, but more likely would be a paraneoplastic syndrome.
