Depends on cause of: the blisters. These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.

Dx?: That would depend on what the cause is. A more likely scenario would be a fungal infection for which keeping the feet dry (wear open-toe shoes whenever possible) & application of a topical anti-fungal cream are often helpful.
