Let them heal: Blisters are caused by irritation. It's wise to give them a few days to heal inside before draining them. Otherwise, you risk infection. When you do drain them, cover them with a sterile gauze pad and a bit of antibiotic ointment. Try to figure out what is rubbing your feet and avoid that in the future.

They may be: Secondary to fungus in which case you would apply an antifungal, if from friction, eliminate the friction and drain the blister, there are other etiologies, so it all depends on the cause of the blister as can be seen from the examples above.

Blisters: What is causing those blisters? I recommend that you see a podiatrist who can do a history and physical exam and then make a diagnosis for the proper treatment.
