Instructions: You should follow you surgeons instructions about having intercourse after the Lletz and myomectomy procedure since he knows everything done during surgery. In general, its best not to have intercourse for 6 weeks after an open myomectomy. If you had intercourse early, you probably haven't hurt anything but it can be very uncomfortable. Best wishes.
