Need the reason.: Gastritis uses zantc, pepcid, (famotidine) Tums etc. Gallstones requires less fat diet and then surgery. If allergies to some foods, avoid them. If had taken antibiotics lately consider yougurt with probiotics. If persists see a doctor.
