Found a lump on my right palatoglosal arch, right in the corner. not sore; fleshy to touch. casual smoker. possible mild fever. should i be worried?

Perhaps: Ask your dentist about this when you see him next. If the lump gets larger or becomes sore, see him sooner. If the lump has been present for less than a week, I will wait to see if it starts to improve within the next week. It never hurts to see your dentist sooner if you are concerned.
