Yes and no: "flushing" can be associated with blood pressure elevation, as can headaches, vision changes, fatigue to name a few others. However, emotional changes, temperature changes, thyroid problems, food allergies, medication reactions and skin conditions are also a few other reasons. High blood pressure is the "silent killer" so you need to see your medical professional sooner than later.
