Tight Muscles: I would suggest you incorporate stretching in to your daily routine, trigger point therapy and the use of a foam roller on a regular basis as well will help your muscles recover. You can also consider compression socks. Also consider active recovery following exercise like walking or spinning for for ten or 15 minutes.
