Hey, i lay floors for my job. because i wear knee pads all day i have pretty bad ingrown hairs on my knees. i can't get the deep ones out, any advice?

Laser: The only way to remove deep ingrown hairs that I can think of is laser treatment. You would need to see a doc who does laser hair removal. If this is a recurring problem it might be worth using a depilidatory to keep hairs from growing on your knees. If you have callouses on your knees, you should soften them for several days before laser with a urea containing cream (used on feet). Good luck!

Ingrown hair: Since you are unable to dig it out, is wise to see your PCP if infected or painful. Consider not shaving your knee and trim with scissors
