Fever with headache: Disclaimer- i am not a pediatrician, but a physician for adults. But this sounds like it needs to be evaluated by a doc either in urgent care or primary doctor as soon as possible. This could be an ear infection but also something called mastoiditis- hopefully all vaccines are up to date.
