Take better care of: At your young age(22 year old) you should have better health that what you have described. To achieve good health you have to take better care of your body and mind. This includes adequate sleep(7-8 hours daily), healthy Diet(low fat, plant based diet, free from junk fast foods and red meat) and some time(at least 30 mins) reserved for Exercise which can be a brisk walk in the morning or evenings
