Needs to be checked: Bad pain associated with nausea needs to be checked by your doctor.A detailed history and physical exam and if needed some imaging like ultrasound/Cat Scan with Blood and urine test and if indicated endoscopy to make the diagnosis and appropriate treatment.It may be related to your gall bladder
