Needs to be recheck: We do not have enough information as to how long ago was the concussion and cat scan.Some small subdural bleeds may not be seen in earlier Cat Scan and if she is continuing to have nausea and vomiting,she should be reevaluated and if indicated based on history &examination,a repeat cat scan may be done.In any cace she should be rechecked either in ER or by your family doctor
