Tonsillolithiasis: If your throat doesn't hurt or if you don't otherwise feel infected, these could be tonsillar stones, a condition called tonsillolithiasis - completely benign and of no real concern.

Not bone: The tonsils make waste product that appears white. It is normal. Can gargle to help the exudate break off and you can spit it out.

Tonsillolith: This is what some people call a tonsil stone. This is hard material that builds up from the natural sections from the tonsils. They usually don't cause symptoms but can be associated with bad breath. You can try to removed it with a cotton tip, your finger, gargling, special devices off the internet or seeing your dentist. Or you can just leave it and not worry about it.
