OCD hallucinations: No OCD is not assocoated with hallucinations. You have another more serious problem of you see things that are not there. See your Dr.

OCD: Hallucinations have been described in OCD. Also obsessive thoughts are characteristic. If you're concerned about yourself, your thoughts and certain behavior you should be evaluated by a psychiatrist. You must not try to fight through these situations without professional guidance as the longer they go on, the more difficult the condition is to treat.
