Selective wt loss: You can not selectively lose weight on your face. However, with generalized weight loss - subcutaneous fat on the face is often the first to go. Get in at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of clean water per day. Eat 5 servings and veggies and 4 of fruit per day. Stay physically active. Take care.
