Kefir: is fermented milk and can be very beneficial for health primarily because of it's probiotics. It also contains Vit B12, folate, biotin, calcium, magnesisum,Vit K2 & magnesium.

Kefir water: is essentially Kombucha. A combination of bacteria and yeast fermented in tea or water. If it is done under clean conditions, it is very good for your health. I probably wouldn't buy it off the street, though.
