No problem.: In fact, you may have a better success rate by using the combo. The strategy would be to take the bupropion regulaly for several months, while you're starting and tapering down the strength of the Nicoderm patches from 21mg to 14mg to 7mg, then off. The beauty of this plan is that you have both a maintenence and a tapering plan (at your own pace) going at the same time!
