Check in.: It's probably time to check in with your Family Doc again. If your dose of Cymbalta is 20-60mg, you could be increased to 60-120mg now. Depressive and anxiety disorders travel together, so it is not critical to try to tell the difference between mood issues. The pelvic pain could or could not be related to the mood. Adjust the duloxetine upward for 2mo, then reassess the pain issue.

Could be connected: Depressive sx could be a primary disorder that is recurring or could be exacerbated by physical health problems. You should get your pelvic pain checked out by your primary care dr or a GYN specialist. If you have taken an adequate trial at your dose for at least a month, then maybe increasing the dose may help. Talk to your treating provider.
