Chemical pregnancy: is probably what you had. For a chemical pregnancy you should have the positive blood pregnancy test at least 10 days after sex assuming that you ovulated at the day you had sex. Blood pregnancy tests are usually accurate. If you take another pregnancy test and if it shows negative that confirms the chemical pregnancy and explains why you had positive pregnancy test before.

What does it mean?: A blood test for pregnancy is the gold standard. The question is - was the bleeding your period or spotting? If it was your period - than you are no longer pregnant. If it was spotting - then you may still be pregnant. You can take a home pregnancy test to know.
