Pneumonia. : Chest x-ray findings of a pneumonia can take at least two months to clear even after appropriate and adequate treatment. So the persistence of this x-ray findings does not in anyway suggest MAC infection. Just continue to follow along with your doctor to confirm resolution of this infection.
