Meningitis: These symptoms alone are concerning for meningitis. For your safety I would go to the nearest emergency department. Symptoms of meningitis also could include fever, confusion, weakness, light sensitivity, headache, stiff neck. This is not to say you have meningitis however a severe headache with a stiff neck would concern me for this and you need to be evaluated as soon as possible.
