Early miscarriage: Early miscarriages before 12 weeks could be a weak corpus luteum which generally means the Progesterone levels are low - this is an easy fix and as soon as you get pregnant you should have your doc check progesterone levels and you can take progesterone vaginally until 12 weeks to support pregnancy. Other issues are infections like mycoplasma, or poss genetic problems - your gyn can do a workup
