Scary to me too!: Just hearing this brief description, I would want to know more about you (weight, medical conditions, etc). My biggest concern is that you could have experienced symptoms caused by undiagnosed sleep apnea. If this is happening frequently, a sleep study might be indicated. It's certainly worth discussing with a physician in more detail. :)

Sometimes you might feel you are unable to move anything for a brief time. It might relate to something you ate or drank or some medication or just a wild dream that you did not remember.
