Don't understand: A family counselor provides therapy. I don't see how this is related to skin lesions on the palms. You may wish to see a primary care provider or a dermatologist.

Skin and Counseling: Sounds like you need two types of professionals. Please start by seeing your doctor about your skin condition. He/she may refer you to a dermatologist. The doc may also have referrals for family counseling or ask at your local hospital or ask a prudent spiritual leader. Peace and good health.
