Gradually: May be the best way. Eliminating processed foods, sweets and calorie-rich drinks from your home can provide incentives by focusing attention on the "things" to avoid. Logging success in avoiding them often provides wonderful added motivation to sustain your new healthy behaviors. "baby steps, " though, as they say. Slow and steady wins the race! and it will over time. Good luck!
