Been on adderall xr 30mg for 4 days now. is there an adjustment period for this rx? feel nervous / anxious 1st hour, then things normalize. normal? what would be considered abnormal symptoms?

Dose may be too high: Adderall like other stimulants can cause anxiety. The dose may be a little high for you. Please report your symptoms to the treating provider so you can discuss possible options like lowering the dose. Also, make sure you have your BP and pulse checked regularly at least every few months while taking the med.
