TB: Koch's disease, or tuberculosis, is suspected when a chest X-Ray shows changes in the apex of the lungs. Whether this is old, healed TB or active TB is determined by sputum cultures and special blood testing.. A pulmonologist is best qualified to evaluate your situation and advise you.
