Be patient: the timeline for everyone is very different based on their metabolism and exercise plan. the goal should be to keep the weight off, therefore quick fixes and aggressive diets are less effective than slow and steady good dietary habits and exercise. choose one goal per week such as cutting out sodas, the next week focus on a second task. A diet you can live with is a diet you'll stick to!
