12 days late of period. i am regular. 2 (-) hpt, 1 at 4 days and 8 days late. 7 days late, brown discharge with no cramps occured. i have no other symptoms than the aforementioned. could i still be pregnant?

Not likely to be: pregnant. Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; Over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives & other meds, Illegal drug use, breast feeding, hormone imbalances and medical problems (i.e., PCOS). Pregnancy is #1 reason. Brown discharge is old blood.

19F. 24 dpo, period is 12 days late but neg. Hpt , & neg hpt test 21 dpo. Kyleena IUD inserted 06.02.22. Sore nipples, on off light cramps, sometimes yellow and brownish discharge but no other symptoms. Could I be pregnant? Sometimes irreg. periods?
