Concussion: The acute effects of a concussion may last for several days, including headach, nausea and disorientation. Sleep may be affected. The front of his head may have taken a good part of the blow, causing a bruise of the skin, subgaleal hematoma, both outside the head. I would try Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen). For the headaches and see your physician if symptoms persist.

My 3 year old son is complaining of headache and eye sensitivity. There is no fever, no nasuae no vomiting no ear ache or severe sinus. There is no sign of a head injury or a concussion his pupils also dialates according to light exposure.
Getting isolated headaches. It just hurts on one small spot at a time. Two or three different spots. Recent concussion, but CT scans showed no bleed. ?
Ive got brain fog constantly and short moments of clearity that follow with headaches in one same spot of my head every time. ive recently started going blind on the same side (might not be related) what could cause this brain fog?
