Nothing, really: It can take several weeks, if not a few months, for all your hormonal patterns and balance to normalize after taking oral contraceptives. It's really more surprising that your periods were so normal right after you stopped. Are you still wishing to prevent pregnancy?Very unlikely you could be pregnant, but if possible, check a home pregnancy test. Then relax ... things will normalize again:)
