Ice and dentist: Kids fall almost all the time and most of the time that is not a major concern, but if they have a big cut than you want to make sure someone look at it. All you have to do is to place an ice bag or something cold with firm pressure on the outside of the lip and see a dentist as soon as possible. Hope that helps.

Hydrogen peroxide: You should probably just leave it alone. Dealing with a 15 mo is difficult at best and her saliva has cleansing & antibacterial properties that will help it heal. Offering her ice chips, frozen apple sauce, chilled fluids can dul the pain. Ice and Dentist: Ice the bruise and call a Dentist, preferably a specialist Pediatric Dentist. The lip injury, if kept clean, will probably heal uneventfully. Baby teeth can be damaged or displaced during trauma. Dentist will examine and recommend appropriate observation or treatment.
