PCOS: Focus on getting healthy first and then pregnancy will come easy and naturally - focus on changing your diet to maybe paleo and eliminating any unhealthy fats like deep fried foods. Increase healthy fats like avocados, coconut oil etc. Start or increase exercise to 45 min daily for at least 5 days a week. If appropriate maybe consider weight loss.
