Bp 126/80 then stand for 5 min it went to 118/80 is that considered delay orth hypotension? when checked within 2-3 min it goes a little up.

Although you have a: reduction in systolic blood pressure you have not reported your heart rate response which is important to the evaluation. Orthostatic hypotension requires a 20 point reduction and you have only dropped by 8. Additionally you did not report symptoms. Barring the absence of HR response your recordings are pretty much normal.
