Your constellation: of symptoms is worrisome especially with a rash present. There are many possible causes including viral infections however it would be prudent to see a health care professional for evaluation. You wouldn't want to miss something more serious.

If you are using the: word "disoriented" correctly - then this may be a medical emergency. However, I am somewhat doubtful about disorientation because of how well you express yourself in your submission. We can't diagnose this one with available info. Take care.
