Not exactly: sure what the question is, but if you are asking whether the CT can be negative and the VQ positive, the answer is yes. Neither test has perfect sensitivity. If the CT has artifact due to motion or if the contrast is not timed properly, sensitivity is further deccreased. Very small emboli(subsegmental) may not be visible on CT.

Surgical risk. : I’m not sure what your actual question is, but I can tell you that you would be at significant perioperative risk for further blood clots, including pulmonary embolism, around the time of your hysterectomy. Surgery by itself is a risk for DVT and PE. Your anticoagulants would have to be managed with great care around the time of your surgery.
