No risk, no worry: Nobody in the world ever caught HIV from a dirty floor or other contaminated envinroment. If you don't have unsafe sex and don't share drug injection equipment with other people, you are not at risk. Believe it. (And being on your period also does not increase your risk, even with sex!)
