Pain in the: chest can come from many causes. If you press on certain parts of your chest or move in a certain manner or position, and it hurts worse it's mostly likely related to a muscle or bone or cartilage. That is the least worrisome type of pain. If it only comes when you are under physical stress (like climbing stairs or running), or you get short of breath then see a healthcare provider ASAP.
