No: No supplements have any robust evidence to show they are effective for weight loss. Some supplements have been shown to cause an increase in heart rate & BP which may result in increased calorie consumption but controversially these effects have been attributed to the caffeine (or other more harmful)additives that were found on testing. Specifically Garcinia has caused liver failure in some people
