For the last week i have been experiencing: fatigue, mussle stiffness, dry skin around nose, month, eyes, between fingers. should i worry?

Further eval if cont: These symptoms maybe related to infection , medications, autoimmune process, deficiencies of minerals/vitamins etc. If symptoms continue may need to obtain blood work to evaluate the above causes.

Fatigue: If you're still alive, I don't think there is anything to worry about. Not seeing you or knowing anything about your lifestyle, environment makes it difficult to give you a proper opinion. Monitor yourself for the next couple of months and see if your symptoms get better or worse. If worse, seeing your GP wouldn't hurt.
