Im 36 weeks 7 days im 4 cm dialated, lost mucus plug 1 wk ago no contractions is there anything thats safe that i can do to speed up my labor?

Ask your OB: If u are 36 weeks 7 days that means u are 37 weeks, your OB may or may not want you to be doing anything, you are term , but sometimes the lungs are not all the way mature at 37 weeks, so your OB may want you to wait unless you naturally go into labor or get srom, I am sure your OB can strip your membranes at 38 weeks and that should put u into labor if you are already 4 cm.
