A member asked:

I have very small haemorrhoids. do they ever go away or do they need to be surgically removed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids don’t tend to just go away, but they don’t always require surgery. They’re treatable with medication - either OTC or by prescription - combination of steroid and analgesic. Maintaining a high fiber diet can minimize your aggravating them as well.
