Probably fine: As long as you have no blood borne diseases like HIV, or hepatitis then a small exposure to your blood would not harm your child. Nipples often get small cracks and bleed especially in the first few weeks and babies have no ill effects from this. If blood from your menses and vaginal secretions got on your breasts your baby should be fine unless you had a communicable vaginal infections or STDs.
